George is a powerhouse in fintech. He picks up complicated topics like Trade Finance incredibly fast and has a real talent for turning heavy technical constraints into clear, usable designs. He’s just as comfortable working on retail as he is on commercial projects, always making sure the experience is high-quality and consistent while still hitting business goals.

What truly sets George apart is his incredible “bias for action” and his “fail fast” mentality. He prioritizes momentum and proactive decision-making over over-thinking. You quickly learn that his level of ownership is unmatched; once a task is with George, it moves forward without ever needing a push. That kind of self-driven reliability creates a massive amount of trust within a product team.

He also takes the initiative to encourage others to speak up in group settings, making the whole team stronger.
